Met die gebruik van Maritz Fashion se webtuiste, geld die volgende reëls en voorwaardes:
- Slegs rokke, uitrustings of bykomstighede geleë in Suid-Afrika sal op ons webtuiste toegelaat word.
- Die lys van enige rok / produk op ons Boutique waarborg nie die definitiewe verkoop daarvan nie.
- Alhoewel Maritz Fashion die gegewe produk adverteer, bly die verkoper verantwoordelik om die transaksie af te handel, tensy anders gestaaf.
- Die verkoper stem in deur die lys van die produk dat dit hul eiendom is, en dat hul die reg besit om dit te verkoop. Maritz Fashion kan nie verantwoordelik gehou word vir enige onwettige transaksie soos bo uiteengesit nie.
- Die verkoper en besoeker gee Maritz Fashion toestemming om die inligting wat aan ons voorsien word te gebruik en te stoor. Die verkoper stem ook ooreen dat hul kontakbesonderhede gebruik sal word vir potensiële kopers om in kontak te kan tree.
- Die verkoper stem in om Maritz Fashion dadelik in kennis te stel as die produk verkoop word, sodat advertering gestaak kan word. As Maritz Fashion nie in kennis gestel word van die produk se verkope binne 30 dae nie, sal die verkoper gepenaliseer word met ‘n R200 boete.
- Geen fooi is terugbetaalbaar in die volgende gevalle:
- As die produk verkoop word voor hy deur Maritz Fashion geadverteer word.
- As die produk deur enige ander entiteit verkoop word.
- As die produk reeds deur Maritz Fashion geadverteer is nie.
- Deposito’s wat op enige produk neergesit word om die produk te reserveer, is nie-terugbetaalbaar.
- Geen produk wat aangeskaf word is terugbetaalbaar / omruilbaar nie.
- Die pakket moet binne 6 maande gebruik word vanaf betaling voor hy automaties verval. As dit nie binne hierdie tydperk gebruik word nie, word die pakket verbeur.
- In die geval van kommissie pakkette / rokke waarop kommissie betaalbaar is soos gestaaf; geld die volgende:
- Die kommissie is betaalbaar as die rok verkoop word op ENIGE van ons platforms, hetsy Facebook Page, Facebook Groep, Instagram, Whatsapp of ons Webtuiste. Die kommissie is dus ook steeds betaalbaar as die rok in persoonlike hoedanigheid verkoop op enige van ons platforms.
- Die verkoper op kommissie pakket stem in om Maritz Fashion binne sewe (7) dae in kennis te stel as die produk suksesvol verkoop het, sodat die kommissie verskuldig binne hierdie sewe (7) dae betaal kan word.
- Kommissie betalings wat nie na dertig (30) dae geskied na verkope nie, sal verantwoordelik gehou word vir regskostes weens skuldinvordering.
- Geen produk in hierdie geval sal gemerk word as verkoop / van ons platforms verwyder word sonder dat die verskuldigde kommissie betaal is nie.
- Maritz Fashion maak gebruik van digitale analise om boek te hou van enige belangstelling en kommunikasie in verband met die produk.
- In die geval wat die produk verkoop deur ‘n ander entiteit buiten Maritz Fashion se platforms, moet bewys hiervan ingedien word.
- In die geval waar ons webtuiste of sosiale platforms buite werking is, kan Maritz Fashion nie verantwoordelik gehou word nie; weens geen vaste tydperk wat aan die produk se advertering verbonde is nie.
- In die geval van verhuuring, is die ooreenkoms tussen huurder en verhuurder privaat en in eie hoedanigheid, en sluit nie Maritz Fashion in nie. Die verhuring is op eie risiko.
- Maritz Fashion kan nie verantwoordelik gehou word vir enige onakkurate groottes, beskrywings, kleure, skade, ens. wat deur die verkoper verskaf is nie.
- Maritz Fashion kan onder geen omstandighede verantwoordelik gehou word vir skade, verliese, diefstal, of tekortkominge wat geskied deur enige transaksie op enige van ons platforms nie.
- Alle beweging, kommunikasie en transaksies op enige van ons platforms, is streng op eie risiko
Met alle rokke aangekoop deur ons fisiese Bruidswinkel, geld die volgende reëls en voorwaardes:
- Die rokke in ons winkel is hoofsaaklik tweedehands, en word daarom voetstoots verkoop (as is) in hulle huidige toestand.
- Geen rok is omruilbaar, of terugbetaalbaar na aankope nie.
- Aankope is op eie risiko – Maritz Fashion kan nie na aankope verantwoordelik gehou word vir moontlike skade, skoonmaak ens. van enige rok nie.
- Geen rok sal oorhandig word sonder volle betaling nie.
- Alle beweging, kommunikasie en transaksies in ons winkel, is streng op eie risiko.
- Maritz Fashion is onder geen verpligting om ‘n rok wat by ons gekoop is, weer na die tyd te herverkoop nie.

When using Maritz Fashion's website, the following rules and conditions apply: • Only dresses, outfits or accessories located in South Africa will be allowed on our website. • The listing of any dress / product on our Boutique does not guarantee its definitive sale. • Although Maritz Fashion advertises the given product, the seller remains responsible for completing the transaction, unless otherwise substantiated. • The seller agrees by listing the product that it is their property, and that they own the right to sell it. Maritz Fashion cannot be held responsible for any illegal transaction as detailed above. • The seller and visitor give Maritz Fashion permission to use and store the information provided to us. The seller also agrees that their contact details will be used for potential buyers to get in touch. • The seller agrees to notify Maritz Fashion immediately if the product is sold, so that advertising can be stopped. If Maritz Fashion is not notified of the product's sales within 30 days, the seller will be penalized with a R200 fine. • No fee is refundable in the following cases: • If the product is sold before it is advertised by Maritz Fashion. • If the product is sold by any other entity. • If the product has already been advertised by Maritz Fashion. • Deposits placed on any product to reserve the product are non-refundable. • No product purchased is refundable / exchangeable. • The package must be used within 6 months from payment before it automatically expires. If not used within this period, the package is forfeited. • In the case of commission packages / dresses on which commission is payable as substantiated; the following applies: • The commission is payable if the dress is sold on ANY of our platforms, whether Facebook Page, Facebook Group, Instagram, Whatsapp or our Website. The commission is therefore also still payable if the dress is sold in a personal capacity on any of our platforms. • The seller on commission package agrees to notify Maritz Fashion within seven (7) days if the product has sold successfully, so that the commission due can be paid within these seven (7) days. • Commission payments not made after thirty (30) days after sales will be held responsible for legal fees due to debt collection. • No product in this case will be marked as sold / removed from our platforms without the due commission being paid. • Maritz Fashion uses digital analysis to keep track of any interest and communication in connection with the product. • In the event that the product is sold by an entity other than Maritz Fashion's platforms, proof of this must be submitted. • In the event that our website or social platforms are down, Maritz Fashion cannot be held responsible; due to no fixed period attached to the product's advertising. • In the case of renting, the agreement between tenant and landlord is private and in their own capacity, and does not include Maritz Fashion. The rental is at your own risk. • Maritz Fashion cannot be held responsible for any inaccurate sizes, descriptions, colors, damage, etc. provided by the seller. • Under no circumstances can Maritz Fashion be held responsible for damages, losses, theft, or deficiencies that occur through any transaction on any of our platforms. • All movement, communication and transactions on any of our platforms are strictly at your own risk. With all dresses purchased through our physical Bridal Shop, the following rules and conditions apply: • The dresses in our shop are mainly second-hand, and are therefore sold "voetstoots" (as is) in their current condition. • No dress is exchangeable, or refundable after purchases. • Purchases are at your own risk – Maritz Fashion cannot be held responsible for possible damage, cleaning etc. after purchases. of any dress. • No dress will be handed over without full payment. • All movement, communication and transactions in our store are strictly at your own risk. • Maritz Fashion is under no obligation to resell a dress bought from us at any stage.
