Delivery
We know how important it is for your items to arrive when you expect them, so please review the information below to help guide you.
- Orders over R1000 qualify for FREE delivery within South Africa.
- For orders under R1000 a delivery fee of R99 will be charged.
- Collect in store = FREE
- If you live in an outlying area or on a farm there may be an additional fee which will be confirmed with you before your parcel is dispatched.
- Delivery times are between 5 – 10 working days, for all in stock purchases. It may vary according the area you live in.
- If you live in an outlying area or farm please provide a Postnet or Post Office address.
- If you Pre-Order an item, keep in mind the manufacturing time of the product. Delivery will then be: estimated manufacturing time + delivery time.
- All orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received, so please make sure you send your proof of payment to: ssmaritz@gmail.com.
- Once your purchase is sent we will email you a confirmation with the courier details and a tracking number.
Returns
If you wish to return an item to Maritz Fashion, please make sure you follow the guidelines:
Our aim is to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you were not satisfied with the item purchased, you must notify Maritz Fashion within 5 (five) days of your order being delivered to your door or to your nearest post office.
You can exchange the product(s) you ordered for a different size of the exact same product as long as the preferred size being requested is available on Maritz Fashion. Should you wish to process an exchange please email to ssmaritz@gmail.com (Subject Line: Your order number – Request Exchange). We will not exchange any product after this period.

– Item/s can be returned for store credit only.
– Once item is received in recommended condition, store credit will be emailed to client via coupon code to use with next order. Store credit will expire within 12 months. Store credit will be equal to amount of the item returned. You will receive correspondence via email and the coupon code will be generated once item is back in stock and in recommended condition.
If purchasing swimwear, please pay attention to the size details to avoid purchasing the wrong size. If funds have already been paid by the client all bank charges for the application of the refund will be incurred by the client. Maritz Fashion will not be held responsible for lost or damaged goods by any 3rd party delivery services (Couriers and/or South-African Post Office). Although, every effort will be given to ensure the fastest and best delivery for the chosen method.
Returned products are inspected by us and will be replaced if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications. If you would like to exchange your product we will gladly do so, courier cost will be incurred by the client. Our liability is limited to replacement of defective product.
We’ll replace your Maritz Fashion product with the same style or substitute a replacement of comparable value if the style returned is no longer available. No cash exchange will be accepted. If the problem was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original merchandise is returned to you. If funds have already been paid by the client, all bank charges for the application of the refund will be incurred by the client.
We do not replace merchandise if it is not returned in a satisfactory order. Any item you return needs to be eligible to be put back on our shelves and later sent to another customer. For this, the item must be in a perfect condition, which means that the item must include it’s protective shields on swimsuit bottoms with all tags in place – the item must not have been worn at any time. Products damaged by normal wear and tear will not be replaced.
You will need to cover the cost of return postage.
In order to qualify for return and/or exchange, the product must fulfill the following requirements:
* Your items will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn/unwashed, unstained and free from perfumes.
* No exchanges will be issued on sale items.
* In rare cases where Maritz Fashion has sent the incorrect garment, the garment may not be used. No returns will be accepted once an item is worn even though we sent the incorrect item. Dispatch of incorrect items will be treated as a normal exchange policy.
Pre-order Gowns/Clothing
- All pre-order gowns/clothing are made-to-order and therefore cannot be cancelled/returned/exchanged once the purchase has been made.

- Please notice that colours may vary between different screens, therefore if you feel unsure please contact us for confirmation.
